FunctionsBernard & Jessica together have a lifetime experience in planning, organising and catering for functions of every size and description including birthday parties, weddings, celebratory luncheons, high tea's and conferencing. Their full service covers all aspects of the function so all you need do is arrive and enjoy yourself! The Garden Area accommodates up to 100 guests and is especially popular for children's parties with close access to the playground. There is also a Boules Court for adult entertainment. The Thatch Cottage, built in 1920, is a Heritage Building lovingly restored and boasts a cosy log fireplace and accommodates up to 50 guests. The Terrace is popular for year-end functions and can accommodate parties of 120 guests. For evening events the area may be covered with a marquee and the view of Cape Town's lights is a magnificent sight to behold. The Conference Room is the latest addition to Rhodes and is proving to be very popular for exclusive business meetings and seminars. The venue seats 25 boardroom style. Alternative seating arrangements may be accommodated. Set apart from the restaurant it provides a secluded, peaceful atmosphere. Specific catering needs may be arranged with management.
